Highland Area Partnership announced today that Geaux Brands, the restaurant group behind owns Rotolo’s Pizza and Bistro Byronz, will be the Title Sponsor of the 15th Annual Highland Jazz and Blues Festival in Shreveport.

“We are super excited to have John Psalmonds and his restaurant group, Geaux Brands, join the HJBF family,” said executive director Kelly Rich. “The Festival is grateful for the love and support from our past community sponsors and couldn’t have reached our recent successes without them. We hope that growth will continue even more into our 15th year of Shreveport’s favorite party in the park.”

This year’s Highland Jazz and Blues Festival will take place Saturday, Saturday, September 15th from 11:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m., featuring over 10 bands on two stages plus local food, drink, and art vendors. After the festival, there will be a an Official After Party at Rotolo’s Pizza.

On Sunday, September 16th Bistro Byronz will host a Jazz Brunch for festival crew and supporters.

The Annual Festival Preview Party at Great Raft Brewing will take place Friday, September 14th featuring with live music, food trucks, and more.

Highland Jazz and Blues Festival started in 2003.and is a gift to the community from the Highland Area Partnership. Proceeds from poster, t-shirt, and beverage sales, donations, and sponsorships are used to bring the Festival back each year.
