It’s not hard to see the attraction to music and art each March as bands travel to and fro Austin, Tx for the annual SXSW megafestival which features film, music, and interactive components. Shreveport locals have decided to hook into that excitement and create a mini festival inspired by the now multi-national sponsored event in Texas.
